Rob Morgan, President and Founder

Rob, born and raised in Arkansas, grew up around cars and racing. His father, Charles Morgan, raced in SCCA and IMSA, driving everything from a Datsun 260Z in SCCA Trans Am to a Buick Kudzu in IMSA’s Camel GTP Lights Category.

Throughout college, Rob’s passion for racing never waned. He attended Road Atlanta driving school and began racing in IMSA’s Firestone Firehawk Series. He quickly progressed to IMSA’s GTO and GTS categories, racing full-time while attending the University of Arkansas. After graduating, he began racing a Ferrari 333SP in the Professional Sports Car Series as well as racing in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.  After two years as a NASCAR driver, Rob transitioned to a team ownership role.

Rob combined his passion for racing with his love of Porsches and opened TruSpeed in 2001.

Scott D. McCloud

Scott McCloud brings to TruSpeed Motorcars a long and successful history with Porsche. It all started at the age of 13, with an aggressive street ride in a purple 1973 RST. His first job was as a “lot boy” with John Campbell Porsche in Southern California. He then headed to Honolulu to pursue an automotive sales career with Hawaii’s premier luxury automotive group, Jardines Matheson, where he was heavily involved with the newly acquired Porsche of Honolulu franchise.

Scott later moved to San Francisco to join British Motors Distributors, a “high line” automotive company that sells Bentley, Lamborghini, Jaguar and Land Rover. Making one last move, to Southern California, Scott spent several years at Newport Beach Porsche. Scott enjoys aircraft, as his father was a Lt. General in the Air Force, but Scott’s real passion is Porsches.

Robert Delmotte

Robert is TruSpeed’s resident European. He grew up in Tongeren, Belgium, near the German and Dutch borders. He began his illustrious career in sales with D'ieteren Porsche Brussels and has sold Porsches throughout Europe. As a result, Robert is fluent in many languages, including French, German, Dutch, English and Spanish.

In the early 80s, Robert came to the United States to start up and manage an exotic car dealership in Beverly Hills, California. He later moved on to own and manage a boutique exotic automobile store on the coast of nearby Orange County.

A recent addition to the TruSpeed team, Robert focuses his efforts on global sales and classic car acquisition.

Tor Olson

Torr got his first introduction to the passion of the Porsche during high school, when he was fortunate enough to own a 944. Between that car and his father’s 993, he became a life-long Porsche fan.

When he moved across country from Cape Cod, Massachusetts to Southern California, he was astounded by the prominent car culture. Being mechanically gifted, Torr gravitated to managing TruSpeed’s service operation, where he enjoys the technical aspects of the vehicles he loves.
