Bryce Miller

Driver History

Bryce Miller began racing motocross at the age of six along side his father David. It started as a hobby and quickly developed into a deep passion for racing of all kinds that shaped who he is as a racer today.

In 2006, at age sixteen Bryce got on a motorcycle for the last time. There was a sudden change of heart that lead him away from the only sport that he had known his whole life. That year, he picked up kart racing and began to excel. He spent the next three years racing for Sodi Kart/G-Phactory USA, a French Karting Team. He raced and traveled all around the west coast of the US earning rookie of the year and placing third in his first championship. He went on to win many races in different series.

In the years following, Bryce tested with different teams and cars as he pursued his open wheel career while still maintaining focus on his schooling at Chapman University in Southern California. He drove other karts and was given the chance to drive a Formula 3 car at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, California. This was the first time Miller really recognized how passionate he was about racing and decided he must find his way up the ladder into some form of car racing.

In 2010, Bryce had his dream come true when he was given the opportunity to drive a Porsche 997 Cup race car in a test with TruSpeed Motorsports. His passion for racing was re-born as he planned out his future for the years to come. The following weekend he competed in his first car race at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. After finishing third in a field of thirty the team was more than pleased.

For 2011, Bryce will be racing for TruSpeed in the Pirelli Driver's Cup and other select races around the country. He believes as he matures as a driver he will develop enough dedication, discipline, and desire to win championships and further progress in his career as a race car driver.
